- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. They should be in a resaleable condition, meaning that there are no marks, damages, or alterations to the original packaging or the item itself.
2. Exclusions:
- Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund. If such items are returned, they will not be refunded in any form, including store credit.
- If you return opened or used items, we will not return these items to you unless postage/courier costs are covered in advance by the customer.
3. Refund Amount:
- Refunds will only be made for the item’s purchase price. Postage costs, both original and return, are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
- Items should be packed securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Initiating a Return:

- After receiving a return confirmation from us, please send your item to the provided return address.
6. Processing of Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
